Declaration on Digital Accessibility

D16 aims to make its website, various means of communication, events and the educational program as accessible and barrier-free as possible. We want to facilitate access to information and offers for all people, regardless of their individual needs. In doing so, we are guided by the national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament.

The website offers a range of setting options to customize its use. We are continuously removing remaining barriers and eliminating them as far as possible.

The following areas are not accessible:

  • Videos: All videos on the website are subtitled. The videos are available without audio description or full text alternative.

  • PDF files: There are PDF documents available for download that have not been created barrier-free. Please contact us if you require a specific document in an accessible format.

  • Newsletter: The newsletters sent out are accessible in the web version. Barriers may occur in the presentation in e-mail programs, depending on the program used.

  • External content: External websites and documents that we link to are not necessarily accessible.
